I just started doing business at this dealership. Great people, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. My only regret is that I did not buy my new 2016 FLRT here.

Update 4-29-22. Still an Outstanding dealership. Enjoy doing business with them. However, I do have one complaint - if you need to contact the service department it's virtually impossible and if you leave your name and number no one ever returns your call.

Very nice dealership all around. All of the staff at the dealership all very friendly to me when I enter and answer any questions if I have them. The service department, they are also very flexible when a service is due or you want to add parts to your own motorcycle. I have read many negative reviews of R&R Harley Davidson and I don't know what the fuss is about. It is what you make of your experience at R&R Harley Davidson. So far, I have not negatives and only positives.

The guys were great,Zac was my salesman and the manager who helped with paperwork,sorry I can't remember his name,made the process to get my bike easy,Thanks guys!The only issue I have is they won't service my bike because it's an 03,they don't work on bikes 06 and older,just bought the bike 5 months earlier and they won't touch it,needless to say that didn't make my day,I have to find a Harley mechanic who has his own shop

My boyfriend and I just purchased a 2022 Road Glide Special from Rock-n-Roll City Harley Davidson. Our salesperson, Jake, was personable and helpful - we couldn't have asked for a better experience overall. The staff is professional and welcoming - I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a bike.

What a great bunch of guys and gals at this store. Called back a couple days later after returning home needing another shirt. She was able to make it happen on the call, she had it shipped the next day, awesome! If youre ever close by you have to stop by and see these folks.

Stopped by to grab my husband a Father's Day gift. Every single associate I passed said hello or good morning. The ladies working in clothing,especially (Linda? ) was so helpful! She helped me get the app downloaded to get points and see what events and promotions are taking place at the store. I have not been to the Harley store since it was over by 117th. I was so impressed. Everyone was fantastic.Thank you!

Super cool location worth the stop. The motorclothes girl was friendly and fun. Nice artwork on the walls. Motorcycle friendly parking out front. Worth the stop if you're in town!

I've recently grown an interest in learning to ride so I stopped by for an hour. I was instantly treated like part of the family and have never received such a warm welcome at another business like I did here. Kevin showed me around and introduced me to everybody and talked me through my options as a beginner. I'll definitely be back when it's time to buy my first Harley!

Large store for purchasing bikes as well as apparel. Very nice and helpful staff. Plus some very cool guitars on display. It is near Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.
